Handmade at Jose Jochy Blancos Tabacalera Palma factory in the Dominican Republic. Only the cap of the Rough Rider Sweets Maduro is sweetened. The rest of the cigar is not flavored, which lets the smoker enjoy the tobaccos natural flavors and aromas.
